Submit Post
Here at OSHA Observer, we take the responsibility of risk management and safety strategy very seriously. We work at providing up-to-date and useful content that helps you make informed decisions when running your safety management program.
Even with this, however, we understand we may not cover all the areas that matter to you. So we decided it made sense to invite our readership to submit posts to be published here at OO. Based on some of the emails we have received we know there are many of you out there who have some interesting ideas, so we are looking forward to seeing what you have to say.
Here are some ground rules:
1 – Please focus the article on a problem and solution, or a management idea. Please be informative and make the post useful. Please don’t submit a product pitch.
2 – If you use statistics, please link to your reference.
3 – You may add a link to your website in the post.
4 – We syndicate our content to other social websites on the web (all links intact), so if you do not want that please do not submit your post.
How to do it:
1 – Submit a request through our contact form. Make sure to include your name, address, and email as well as your website.
2 – You will receive login information from us. Use that to login to the site. This blog is run by Wordpress, so make sure you are familiar with Wordpress before logging in.
3 – Add a new post. When complete, click “Submit For Review”. We can refuse a post that does not meet the guidelines above, but we will ask you to edit it before we out-right reject it.
4 – We may take up to 48 hours to review your post and publish it. It will be published with your author name in place.
So that’s really about it. We look forward to hearing what you have to share with the safety community.
